The traditional and wonderfully ornate building, which was built in the 1980’s, has been taken under the wing of Whitburn Projects. They have transformed its interior to create a multi-purpose facility comprising of a ground floor and basement restaurant with several upper floors of contemporary office space.
Working in partnership with Electrical Consultants SES, King Communications & Security have delivered a multi-system solution to the project, providing seamless and stylish security fitments that compliment the building’s fresh and modern interiors. Multiple Systems – Integrated
The team at KCS have integrated and networked multiple systems across the site that include:
- IP CCTV
- Fire Alarm System
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarm
- Door Entry
- Emergency Voice Communications System/ Disabled Refuge
- Disabled Toilet Alarm
Utilising some of the most innovative technology in the global security market, the company have installed an intelligent fire alarm control panel that will minimise false alarms to the facility, alongside top end camera technology by Axis Communications. The Salto access control system will allow building/facility managers to grant access seamlessly through security cards that can be issued to various business teams and members of staff. These cards cannot be duplicated, are easily terminated in the event they are lost and are programmable based on the access rights of each individual. The system minimises costs associated with traditional lock replacements, enhances security measures for residents and protects the premises from unauthorised access.
