King Communications & Security provided Four Seasons Health Care with engineer maintenance and call out facilities managed on an emergency, daily, three day and weekly programme. This system insured that the homes maintenance and repairs were tackled in a manageable and time efficient manner and to budget.

Within the Scottish sector of the residential and elderly care are 51 Residential Care Homes which require coverage of their maintenance and repairs and cover any emergency 24 hour services.
Four Seasons Health Care required a security/repair company who possessed an in-depth working knowledge on a vast array of systems including: CCTV, Access Control, Nursecall, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Door Entry, Structured Cabling, Emergency Lighting, Telephone Systems and Telecare. An additional requirement of offering 24 Hour Engineer Callouts to the residential sites throughout Scotland was also an important requirement for the service provider.
The residential sites required knowledge of the Intercall, Courtney Thorne and Wandsworth Nurse Call Systems, Galaxy Intruder Alarms, Paxton Access Control, and also System Q, Axis and Galaxy CCTV Systems, which King Communications could offer in abundance.

Personal Care

Nursing Care
