We Are On the Move!
King Communications & Security are going through an immense phase of business growth, we’re doubling our office space to 5,000 sq. ft. on a new site to facilitate future large-scale contracts. The new HQ, in Coatbridge Dundyvan Enterprise Park, is currently being transformed from a shell into a fit for purpose workshop, stock warehouse, and main office block. The company has been operating in the North Lanarkshire area for over 25 years; employing over 50 staff members and sub-contractors to fulfil projects across the West of Scotland.
The move to a larger premise aims to create up to 4 new job opportunities in the area with plans to settle into the new space by the 2nd of September 2016.
King Communications & Security, Director, Martyn King said: “We take great pride in the progress our staff members, engineers and apprentices make year on year and the work they’ve put into learning, training and delivering across our projects. This is an exciting time for our business with major new projects on the horizon. We’re entering into a new chapter and look forward to the opportunities our new premise will bring.”
The new office workshop will improve onsite facilities for engineers, enabling them to create custom system solutions for clients. A new training and innovation hub will also be created for engineers and juniors to try, test, learn and develop the wide range of technology the organisation provides.

The organisation’s recent large-scale project involvement includes; The Royal Edinburgh Hospital, the Kelvin Hall redevelopment in Glasgow and Heriot-Watt University’s, Lyell Centre.
